Single Family Lots
There are several mid-sized single-family residential lots still available. Lots are typically 63 feet wide by 134 feet deep. Homes in this block will be conventional single family homes similar to other areas in Swan Creek. The facades must incorporate brick, stucco or other organic material into a minimum of 30% of the facade. Garages must accommodate 2 vehicles and homes must have concrete driveways.
Single Family "Cottage" Lots
Reflecting the traditional urban development scheme, Swan Creek has a limited number of "urban" density single family lots. These lots are smaller in size (50 feet wide by 120 feet deep), and will accomodate homes ranging in size between 900 and 1600 square feet. One of the noteworthy features of homes to be built on these lots is that all will have 2-car garages and concrete driveways accessed via a shared alley. There will be no garages fronting on the public streets.
Duplex & Two-Flats
This housing type provides for a transition of building styles between the higher density condominiums and apartments to the south and east, and the moderate and lower density single family areas to the north. These duplex and two-flat lots (typically 80 feet wide by 122 feet deep) will utilize an alley access to individual driveways similar to the neighboring cottage lots.
